Hemline is Hiring a Marketing Designer Near Orleans, LA
- Assist the Senior Graphic Designer with monthly graphic needs.
- Respond and resolve franchisee support requests
- Customize marketing graphics (based on templates) for events, signage, direct mail, promos, sales, social graphics etc, based on the franchisee’s specific needs in their support requests.
- Design, customize and implement direct email marketing campaigns for franchisees
- Schedule email campaigns for the 32 locations
- Proofread and test emails for accuracy, grammar and spelling
- Understand mobile-first design principles
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Update and customize announcement banners and hero banners images across all 32 sub domains.
- Create online collections for franchisees
- Full-time availability, Monday-Friday from 9-5. This job is on-site and not a remote position. This position is paid hourly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field
- Graphic design experience (recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience).
- Efficient in Adobe, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.. Knowledge in Canva and Google Drive.
- Avid user of Instagram and TikTok with an understanding of the landscape, trends, formats, and evolving nature of the platforms.
- Confident in image and video editing skills, and ability to use/design on a Mac.
- Takes initiative, excellent time management skills, accepts feedback or criticism when necessary, and is comfortable and eager to work in a team setting.
- Shopify knowledge is a plus.
- Klaviyo knowledge is a plus.
